Wisdom sets bounds even to knowledge
Evidently they aren't counting this year's UGA team, so that's a good sign.
Best case scenario: Tennessee wins out and they win in similar fashion as they did against South Carolina. They finish 8-4 and Lyle and his agent inquire about getting a bigger bump. Somehow, Dave Hart grows some stones and tells them to pound sand. Lyle feels underappreciated and takes another job. Hart decides it's best to go out now, instead of hiring a new coach, and then leaving. Blackburn comes in, the boosters get their poop in a group and grab Gruden, then Tennessee dominates the SEC for years to come.
Yeah, that's a pretty good scenario.
What would be the exact opposite of that? Because that is what will happen.
Hart gives Lyle a $500k bump and 2 year extension then retires leaving Cheek to hire bill battle.
Well prepare yourself, because that's likely what's going to happen.
Just let your body go limp and your mind go elsewhere. It won't hurt as much.
