    Most will read this as, "There are things that require correction, but which are beyond / outside of Dooley's control to correct, and he needs my (Hart's) help to get those types of things done."

    They may be right. But there's another way to read this, too.

    What are you going to do about the current state of the Ath. Dept. (pretty much the football program) Mr. Heart?

    Oh thats right, you put it up for suggestions on the 8th. Best move an AD has made in several years.
