I met Jerry "The King" several years ago.

 

It's true about the Tampa/Clearwater connection, especially if you worked in the hospitality biz.

 

I met the Undertaker several years ago. He is a scary individual

 

Met Jimmy Hart, Honky Tonk and Rick Martel in Lex airport about 15 years ago. Martel was the nicest of the bunch.

Talked to Chris Jericho in the Atlanta airport a few years ago. He was surprisingly small compared to the other two.

 

I about saw a local man curb stomp Jim Cornette for hitting his teenage daughter with his tennis racket at Buck Van Huss Dome. Someone spit on him during the Midnight Express' entrance. He went berserk and started swinging like Bjorn Borg at Wimbledon. Jim Crockett got involved as well. Good childhood memories.

 

Oh and Juggalos should get shit-kicked. Kudos Mr. Corino.

 

Mean Mark is, well, mean.

 

Have met Kurt Angle and Bill Goldberg. Both in airport terminals. Angle was really nice and feigned interest in my totally unimpressive high school wrestling career. Goldberg is giant.

 

VFB and I had a not so impromptu encounter with Lex Luger outside Freedom Hall. Basically we waited two hours around the exit and then all the wrestlers started to filter out. I was wanting to see DDP, but no such luck.

 

You remember NWA Wrestling at the DB Dome? I got to meet Ric Flair for a second. GOAT all around entertainer/wrestler, imo.

 

Saw The Big Show at the Hall. Large human.

 

Actually, I see Ric Flair around quite a bit. He's a big South Carolina fan.

 

Nobody's perfect, not even Flair.

 

I've had several in counters with wrestlers for some reason.

 

I was 13 or 14 years old. His arms were as big as my waist.

 

I've never met a professional wrestler. That is reason #312 why you guys are cooler than me.
