I was happy when I read this, then I felt sad for what these poor kids went through the past few years.

 

Nigel said he can play with instincts now instead of having to think too much under this system.

 

A lot of this defensive staff came from the high school ranks. I really think that helps them, especially with the younger guys. They know the type of system that works and allows the kids to play naturally.

 

I was wondering where Roy was. I think I figured it out.
