Hooker is clearly the best option at qb, but I wouldn't be mortified at Bailey having to play. He's throwing to a receiver that signed here while Steele was the interim behind an oline of walk ons.

I would rather see him out there than Milton just chucking it 60 yards and clapping

 

Maybe it is not, but there is a weird coincidental pattern regarding quarterback controversies that overrides stats and eyeball test.
