Hurd Statement to Media

Hurd should have left last year, and with a proper run offense could have been a Heisman candidate. His was one of the most wasted talents ever.

A football player at the Power 5 level brings in much more revenue than the value of a degree, few of which get one.

As far as teamates are concerned. they should be happy for him, unless they are jealous he had the gumption to leave when they don't.
