If anyone has been curious as to why a large number of cardinal fans don't like Matheney despite the team's success under him, yesterday summed it up nicely.

At least that's over. Matheney made Dooley seem like a decent coach over the last week.

 

Matheny can't be fired yet. But he made as big a mess of this series as I've seen a manager make. Team played like like crap too.
