OL seems like a group where cohesion is pretty critical. And I mean critical like in the actual definition of the word, not the meaningless way Butch uses it. If the other guys don't like Jack, or maybe don't like a guy that's unfairly getting PT over him, Dormady could be hamburger meat.

 

That and apparently Wells is a huge asshole.

This must have been the "developing situation" that Patrick Brown was talking about the other day when discussing the OL situation. He deleted that line from his article or tweet or whatever it was.

Just like the Hurd situation. Butch had promised some things or he's just tired how stupid our coaches are. Jack Jones knows he ought to be on the field and it's been evident by his play he should be, but when we get in to the season and someone is starting over him he'll end up quiting.

 

My feelings that we lose to Tech to start the season have just been cemented.

 

I'd pay good money to watch the ass whipping that would follow if Butch sucker punched Jones.

 

What makes guys quit sometimes is when they know they are outperforming anyone and everyone in front of them and still sitting behind them. It's very frustrating, I imagine.
