My favorite Vicki story is when her middle daughter got married, the morning of the wedding she was doing something to prepare for it, fell, and gave herself a black eye. I laughed out loud when I heard it.

Over time, my opinion of Phil as a person (not coach circa 2001) has softened because I've heard about a lot he's done locally under the radar. As for Vicki, I've heard zero. She's something else.

Adams is now on that naughty list in Jones' back pocket that he's waiting to get back out once he reaches the promised land. So, never.

 

Best I've seen out of Adams in a long time. Hopefully this will spur some others to be more honest and critical. The softballs lobbed after his little tirade were embarrassing. "Hey coach talk about how great this player was in the game" and such was horse crap after that tantrum.

 

Radio hosts seemed pretty annoyed that he bristled at such a question.
