I think logically it would reduce their use. I'd be more inclined to want scientific proof that it doesn't.
Making a highly addictive drug readily available probably increases the curious "just once" type users that get hooked and screwed up for life.
Pot use in your state is up dramatically since legalization. It's common sense no? It's like saying "show me scientific proof that having 4 times as many McDonald's increases the consumption of Big Macs." Of course it does. Anything that makes something easier to get is going to make it get consumed more.
Of course. And the illegality of it drives a certain segment of the population away too. And btw I'm all for legalizing things, I just think the "we'll have fewer addicts" or "it's already easy to get" justification is laughable
