    I had the opportunity to hear Jim Obergefell speak earlier this evening. His personal story and experience during the whole legal journey was insightful and often emotional. He seems to be a very kind and earnest man. He says people approach him all the time to thank him and share personal stories, often with tears in their eyes. I can't imagine what that's like; "accidental activist" indeed.

    First Amendment Defense Act is going to go through now.

    Going to be interesting to see how broad it stretches. I would think it wouldn't protect government employees, but I guess ol' Kim Davis will give it a slug.

    Kim Davis has First Amendment protections. The County Clerk does not. JMO.
