If I were running things, I'd offer to pay Hue Jackson's buyout (he's currently 1-15 as Browns HC) and forgive Butch's buyout for the Browns to take Butch as HC. It would either relieve us of Butch, or completely take the wind out of his sails and essentially end any attempts from him to prop up Butch (I'm betting the latter).
