The Facebooks are saying he is deceased.

 

Damn. I saw like 10,000 cops flying around on the way home from work.

Damn. Last time a Maryville police officer was killed on duty was before this guy was born.

Kind of surprised the shooter was apprehended alive.

I guess maybe he thought he could suppress them while he got away. Didn't really mean to kill him and knew after he'd hit the cop he'd be dead if he didn't surrender immediately.

 

maybe. considering it sounds like he was threatening to kill his dad who the heck knows. that ain't exactly the best section of town.

Not sure a cop killer can pull that one off, but I'm just speculating.

 

No deal. If he has the wits to surrender suddenly after doing it, he probably has the wits to stand trial.
