Well, they are saying there will never be a [black] SAE (or whatever) and I am pretty sure there were no black SAEs - so on its face I am sure it violates the university's anti-discrimination policies.
I am all for due-process, and they deserve it - but lets not pretend that this is JUST speech.

 

I doubt there were a ton of black dudes clamoring to get in.

I'm fine with the school disallowing the Frat to stay on campus.

 

It was something along the lines of how disappointed he was and that he now has a hard time looking at himself in the mirror.

 

They've already kicked all students out of the house and removed all letters from the facade. OU wasn't ****ing around.

 

Two students have now been kicked out of school.
