you liked usc? Wouldn’t exactly be my preferred location to vacation. No one should go to downtown la for any reason.

 

I’m suggesting none of you know enough about la to make that sort of statement

 

I've traveled through there enough to know I would hate living there.

 

I’ve really enjoyed Droski’s 6 page LA melt. This has got to be some kind of new record for this place.

 

there isn’t one there though. You can say you’d hate living in Anaheim, but Manhattan beach isn’t the same experience.

This is like trying to tell someone why Bucksnort and Centerville are very different places to live. It's all the same man. I don't want to live in a area packed like sardines where I would need a 2x-3x raise to have the same lifestyle I have where I'm at. California can't offer enough to get me there.

 

cost of living is fair but there are definitely places you aren’t packed in like sardines

 

thought the campus was cool. Had a lot of buildings that looked similar to UT.

 

One has a Trout Farm and the other doesn't.

 

If it wasn’t for the California silliness and human excrement and needles lying around and whatnot, I’d rather live in the Bay Area than LA.

 

weather is much shittier unless you want to go to the South Bay where you are paying beach la prices for tract housing. I once went a summer in San Francisco without seeing the sun all June

our coach apparently doesn't think offense is important. but at least we gave him a recently gave him a fully guaranteed contract extension so that's good.

 

Nah. I used to go swimming in the river when it hit 60 up in AK. You adjust (or if you don't, you live in California with the other weaklings).
