Good. Needed to be. It just proves the ‘AA can get something done quickly if they really want to though. Leaving the UT investigation twisting in the wind as long as they have is just a way to punish a school without actually imposing sanctions/penalties… I get that it’s not quite the same thing as a rule change but the point still stands. If they really wanted to conclude the investigation, they would have done so long before now. It’s almost like the ‘AA wants to keep UT waiting until this recruiting cycle is done to maximize the damage they can do before determining that since everyone involved with the original infractions is gone now, they aren’t going to penalize us…
