Now Springer is leaving after only getting hired 3 days ago. Not sure I have ever seen this much turnover on one staff this quickly. Oxford is a total shit hole.

Arky State had their guys leaving to be same positions at similar schools. That's a bigger red flag than guys jumping to the NFL.

 

Definitely. Although one guy left the NFL for a promotion at his brothers program and then left a month later for his old job at probably the most dysfunctional NFL team in the league.

 

Definitely a better job just funny it happened so quickly. He probably got one look at that place and put his resume out there right away.
