I think the new version just has too much gray for me, and I feel like the Orange is a bit off, but maybe I'm wrong. The shoulders being orange might look cool.

 

I think everything is better about the new ones...

 

I didn't really like them, but I liked them better than the adidas ones.

 

I want to see a white jersey with orange shoulders, 70's throwbacks

Was 07 the last we saw of them, or was it earlier?

 

Usually I think these things look better on players on the field than they do in photos, but I kinda felt the opposite about these

That may very well be right. I remember Ainge being there, and they wore them in 03 as well. I think, at least.

 

I like the Adidas version better, but it needed a matching helmet.

I'm pretty sure the only time we've worn them as a throwback was UNLV in '04.

 

And then the SEC said jerseys needed to be a solid color and told Tennessee they couldn't wear them again

 

My dad is still pissed about that.

 

I don't think this is right. I'm pretty sure I remember a Casey Clausen led team wear them as well.

 

I remember them making a huge deal about it in 2004.

I want Tennessee and Alabama to go orange and crimson every year too
