We never looked like we were playing in a championship game. The edgy play from yesterday was none existent today.

It just looked like beating UK was why we went to Nashville.

Great win yesterday. No way to deny that.

Horrible performance and effort today. No way to deny that either.

 

The foul they just called, right there, with 1:46 left in the game, could have been called 10-15 other times this game, and wasn’t.

Not the difference by any means, but it is what it is.

A Final Four or a second round knockout wouldn’t surprise me.

Auburn showed up. These powderpuff [ussies pay] did not. Auburn was faster, more aggressive, put in maximum effort... and our guys let them. This effort is not worthy of any type of praise and it isn’t something better ignored. It’s the attitude that will get them beaten by a vastly inferior team that wants to be there. They seem satisfied with beating their rival, Kentucky. You know who else is satisfied with just beating their rivals? Vanderbilt.

“Auburn scored more today” lets this performance off the hook. Auburn basically castrated them and [uck fay]ed their wives and daughters today.

 

It's one thing to not hit your shots, I've never seen a team collapse to the point where they can't dribble.

 

Yeah we had no mental or physical energy for this game. Not hitting any 2's. Constantly turning over and letting them play in transition.

UT/UK/LSU are better teams.

We bounced back after our blowout against UK. We bounced back after our bad loss last week.

The early turnovers we re just being sloppy. The later had more to do with pressing trying to make something positive happen.

We got completely out of our element and they got comfortably in theirs.

Silver Lining:

Lamonte Turner finished 7-12 with 24 points, 4-6 from the 3 point line.

If we can get anything remotely similar from him moving forward, I like our chances.

 

The team had lost four [uck fay]ing games and none of them could objectively be considered a bad loss until today. They didn’t show up or even appear to care. They aren’t immune to criticism.

 

Hugh is half sincere.

 

Criticize away, man. Leave the “powderpuff [ussies pay]” bull shit at home. This team deserves and has earned better than that.

Every time people have said this team is done or not up to the challenge, they’ve bounced back and proved people wrong.
