I'm having the same problem, quid, and even with tapatalk.

 

Your wireless carrier has probably updated DNS, while your server provider at your house has not.

I can switch between old and new site on my phone by simply turning WiFi off.

Which is fun, because sometimes some of you send me a message thinking you are here, but you are at the old because you walked into a wifi spot that hasn't updated yet.

On mobile, you can't know unless switch to Desktop and see the alert forum off message (old) or not (new).

 

Howdy, would it be possible for someone to tell me in english why the mobile app will not work?

Keeps giving me a message of unknown error/ error code bbclosed

 

For some users, based on their internet provider/cellphone provider, the app is pointing to the old website. For others, it is pointing to the new website.

Once your provider refreshes their list of what IP address each server points to (DNS), it will be resolved for you. But it is entirely on your internet provider, whomever they may be. Could take up to 72 hours.

Appears my iPhone ATT provider is going to take a little longer. Still no access via iPhone. Will have to wait them out.

 

Would also require that your DNS provider has updated their records.

I am getting the same bbclosed error when running off of Verizon 4G for the app. However, when running off of WiFi, it works fine.

 

Your internet service provider has updated DNS, your local Verizon hub has not.
