MLS to announce new franchise for Nashville tomorrow. Looks like they will begin play in 2019 or 2020.

 

I'm not sure how to feel about it. Go team I guess.

pretty cool. The area where the stadium will be built was kindof in the hood a little, but is seeing a lot of rebuilding. Man, to have had some money @ 10-15 years ago, one could have bought a street of home for @ 50k each. Those homes are now being bought for 250k for example, and 3 tall, skinny new age homes built on the same lot will sell for 600k each. would have been cool to have some for awhile and just airbnb. Make a ton of $
