Kyle Phillips, I thought the guy transferred out.

 

So does this make it clear we are running 3-4, or was that already established?

 

So many big time defensive linemen signed over the past five years, and yet that DL depth chart makes me sad.

 

And Dillon Bates third string as a redshirt senior. Sigh.

Guy also has Tyler Byrd starting at CB and Fils-Amie second string. Would make Butch look awfully dumb (moreso) if those guys are good.

 

Sometimes it just doesn't work.

 

It's going to be a nickel defense most of the time regardless of the situation, I believe

I'm interested to see if they use Banks and London to wear down defenders then spring Chandler on them or use Chandler to wear out defenses then pound away with London and Banks.

If I had to bet, London and Banks are going to get a lot of touches in the 2nd and 4th quarters of ball games

 

wonder if anybody lost their black stripe today

 

I still hope they are sprinting at the end of each quarter. Can't lose the intimidation factor that worked so well for us.

6'2 225ish now, with previous concerns about him being fast enough at WR . Thought he may end up playing TE. Never thought about rb

 

I think he’s going to bounce between TE and RB this spring. I like the position changes made so far.

Nope. Always hated to see backups standing around watching. Then bad coaches expect them to perform in games when they have to play.

 

Something weird I noticed while looking at the 2018 spring roster on the official website. Mykelle McDaniel is listed on the team. I know he wasn’t with the team last season. Anyone know about this?
