Sheesh the agility drills looked pitiful. It's easy to see that the physical side of football was largely ignored under the last moron.

 

We look so small.

 

Jordan Allen looks the part.

Crosby looks like he could help out a lot at nose.

 

Tuttle/Crosby is not a bad 1-2. Crosby is an athlete and Pruitt wants athletic DL vs standing up and doing nothing, aka the McKenzie.

 

They are so small. You could see it on the field last year

 

I saw Olinemen using boards, I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!

 

I’m wondering what the DLine is going to look like as far as techniques. We’re probably going to stay in nickel most of the year and that will probably have the line playing some different techs.

 

DL taking their man out of the play to allow Jumper to make a 1 v 1 tackle 5 yards off the ball or in the flat was brilliant

Man it’s nice to hear a coach that knows what he’s talking about.

 

Glad to see them outside on a wet, windy day.

 

I would love to be a fly on the wall and here this coach give specifics on what he thought about what kind of shape theses kids are in and how shitty they were coached before he got here.

Butler and Ignont have impressed so far.

 

Good. I feel okay about the middle of our defense.

 

If Gooden has the grades, there will be a decent two deep on the dline.

We've got a cage again!

That both makes me happy and brings back horrors of our old chicken wire cage in high school.

 

where is Kirkland
