It appears as if he didn't pay for parking, either. Should add to the inevitable prison sentence.

Doesnt he know who killed Tupac? He was with him the night he was shot.

 

Just saw the video. That does not appear to be self-defense.

 

I have never heard of him, either.

 

Only know Tupac by internet memes and t-shirts with his picture. No clue who he was (other than a rapper) and what he did to get so famous. But rap post-NWA was not my thing. I preferred the 80's Run-DMC stuff.
