I don't know if TAGS was the best TV show, but it has to be top three. When I was going to Middle School and High School, I worked for my grandfather in his Gulf Service Station in the Summers and on Saturdays. I would go to his home for lunch everyday and while we ate we watched TAGS reruns. When I see one today, that is my first thought, and my wife and I watch it two or three times a week. To name a favorite episode is an impossible task.

 

Family Ties was better too.

I've watched one episode in my life.

And for TAGS I don't hate watching but the whistling at the beginning irks my nerves to the point of almost hatred toward the show

 

TAGS isn't my favorite but that list can exist outside of Greatest Shows of All Time

if you specified it as Simpsons seasons 2-8 you'd have an excellent case.

 

I'd limit it to the treehouse of horrors

 

Yeah no less than stellar episodes in TAGS

Simpsons? How the hell is that good TV? Moronic TV. Must be a generational thing.

it was anything, but moronic tv. that's what I call friends or sex in the city.

 

It was both. It has run for 25 seasons. I generally like it, and I think some of the stuff they've done over the years is brilliant, but in over 550 episodes, there is a lot of moronic ****, too.

 

I chose to pretend the last 10 seasons haven't happened.

Macgyver is high on my list as well as Gunsmoke but TAGS is the GOAT.
