No. This debate doesn't have as much weight as the first. All Obama has done is stop the bleeding from that first one, with these last two. But the gap has been closed and it is now a coin toss. Also, I don't think Obama is going to save the country any more than Romney. I just want to be able to get a job, and I won't in my field under Romney.
Being said that Ronmey went conservative so Obama could not paint him as a Bush/Channey type administration. Makes sense.
Felt Obama made some critical mistakes toward the end opening himself open to get creamed on the economy and it made what otherwise looked like a solid win for Obama into a wash.
Because he will slash the budget of the NPS, BLM, NFS, EPA, etc. I'd liked to work in environmental policy. As things are, ecosystem services are not treated as economic commodities, so I don't have much of an avenue in the private sector. It is either government, consulting, or teaching.
I don't think Romney really hurt himself tonight. He did all the damage he needed to in Denver. Now it just comes down to numbers.
