However, it epitomizes everything that pisses me off about politics today. One, it creates your arbitrary bad guy without much substance as to why they are the bad guy, except for, two, the creation of the arbitrary victim group. Third, the article explains nothing in detail, gives plans, offers alternatives, etc. and he, from the looks of it, wrote that short memo in about 10 minutes. So, in essence, you need to hate the bad people who are hurting innocent people, but I don't have enough respect for your intelligence to go into any further detail beyond this.
The issue now is that their is a conception that if you don't want the government to do it, you don't want it done at all.
