From the Italian media types I follow, seems like an improvement, but there was only 1 way to go from Blatter. Also seems that he is a much more personable guy, and prone to long speeches.

1) Term limits on the President
2) Votes weighted by population of the country (sorry Montenegra and Timbucktu, you don't get as big a vote as Germany and Brazil)
3) Overhaul the WC selection. I am not sure how to do this, honestly.

 

How about having countries under a certain population bundle together by regions to decrease their sensitivity to corruption?
