I suggest they be held accountable. Right now you can't even get an indictment much less a conviction with clear video evidence. DA's are hesitant to hold them accountable because they rely so much on them; they are afraid to piss them off.

I'm not saying the parties involved the OP linked story were affected by the prison lobby, but political pressure is out there. One thing I've learned working for government contractors (or private industry for that matter) is you are always looking for more work, sometimes through whatever means works.

Agreed. More accountability will get rid of those bad 1/4, too. I've gotten shit over my window tint being too dark. Cop strong armed his way into check my car for drugs. Explain that one.
