Will you acknowledge that at the end of the year (or even during it but I’ll take progress where I can get it), two reasonable people can look back and identify instances where some teams won games despite being the inferior team?
Ya, all the tennessee fans and alums on a vol forum totally agree that the team they beat on the road is superior to their own team. Jesus, let us have one [uck fay]ing in thing in 2 years. One thing.
Man, I came in here and voiced the thought that it was strange for Tennessee to call Missouri god awful, for obvious reasons. Beech then flies in with an “Auburn sucks”. I didn’t say a damn word after that Auburn-UT game.
Again, it seems as though you think I believe Auburn doesn’t suck. I don’t know why that is. The final result confirmed that one bad team needed the opposing bad team to play at their worst while simultaneously playing at their best to win. I didn’t say that then or until today because I’m not an asshole.
Dools has been what we’d expect, no doubt. Even with Dools at this point there’s no evidence to suggest a game against Missouri is anything but a toss up.
You have a point? You’ve yet to make it. Unless I’m just completely misreading the tone of your posts, and I will allow for that possibility.
Missouri is God awful at football. It doesn't matter if Tennessee is good, bad or great at football, Missouri is still God awful at football.
Ok well then I’d say maybe I did misunderstand the tone of your posts. I think if we all agreed that Missouri was god awful that would force you to say that an overwhelming number of FBS teams are also god awful. And maybe that would be your take and we’d agree that the quality of football being played nationwide just isn’t very good.
