I used to work with a A&M grad and I give him credit because he hated the Jimbo hire immediately. I can only imagine how much they hate his ass there now.
thank God, Joseph smith, and Haile Selassie we didn’t lose to this https://x.com/lifeisgood_ljt/status/1713308789535879554?s=46&t=2b6pP7oj5Clj9DJABXtJCQ
They definitely traveled better than any other fan base since UGA/Bama when they would take over 40% of the stadium.
I knew they existed, but had always assumed they just were basically male cheerleaders. I had no clue they also danced around like a low budget C list off broadway musical. They danced, er cheered, er yelled while we were doing the miliary person of the day and I told the wife that of course the pretend army is gonna try to trump the real army.
The yell leaders tradition, somehow, gets worse - https://x.com/gmannVOLS/status/1713932670865129890?s=20
Speaking of Texas. Stationed outside of Austin when I returned from overseas (70's). Subjected to alot of obnoxious aggie & longhorn fans. Longhorns were snobby and arrogant. Aggies were defensive and low self esteem. One of my favorites: Q: What is an Aggie Martini? A: Pearl beer with a booger in it. (Pearl beer was nasty on its own.)
It's amazing how I keep learning about these Aggie traditions and none of them are not weird. Well, the one decent one was the bonfire and it killed about 12 of them once.
I literally cannot think of any joke that makes this seem gayer than just watching the video. Well done aggies
Nope. The thing was just massive and collapsed. Close to 60 feet tall. Happened my sophomore year of college. It was really sad. Bonfire was actually a pretty cool thing.
