I'd say the program is mid-turn, at this point. Fan's lack of thick skin notwithstanding, the talent level has noticeably improved, both newcomers and incumbents.

That surprises me a bit, but I think they might still be getting some momentum from their name. Similar to Michigan being a double-digit favorite over Minnesota last week.
