Hes gone with or without UMASS though, so theres no need to hope for that. Part of me would enjoy watching his post game press conference though.

That is one hell of a highlight though. Spiking the ball on the band guy's head. M-O-N-E-Y as the great John Ward used to say.

 

I cannot root for a loss against UMASS. Those types of losses are real embarrassments to the whole program. Yes, I know. So, is Butch. But, the dumbass that hired him is gone. And, the players can still legitimately claim to be a very good team. A loss to UMASS and they carry that weight too. Right now, its all on Butch. And, they are still doing specials on App St. beating Michigan. But, an OT win or close win that showcases Butch with some additional Goal Line or Kicker debacles would be good enough. GA needs to be a beat down though. And GA fans need to be on display.

 

Well Butch aint fired yet. He's going to have to do something else to get there, and I'm not sure how bad that something is. Could be that 7-5 saves his job. If it could, we need to hope he gets put out of his misery somehow. I would rather lose to UMass and Southern Miss than anyone else on the schedule so I'm gonna root for that.
