What's The Highest Rated Player Ever Being a Bust ?

My buddy said Gunner Kiel was going to be a college bust but that's not looking like a good prediction so far.

Oklahoma had a QB that came in with Adrian Peterson and was actually rated ahead of him. Forget his name, but he was pretty mediocre and I think got kicked out for illegal benefits.

Perhaps the right question is "non-QB bust." QBs who are rated absurdly high and then bust seem to be a dime a dozen. Possibly just because of the nature of the position.

Lache averaged like 8 yards a carry and two 1,000 yard seasons. Not quite a bust.

 

Yeah. But looking up his profile, I wouldn't call him a bust. Decent college career and started all 16 games this year for the Bills.

Nope. He was 2010. Bryce was 2009.

Lache had two 1,000 yd seasons with Baylor. Not the Heisman he predicted, but still not too shabby.
