Boise did and still does. TCU did before they changed conferences. It’s a lot easier to do when you don’t have to play anyone of note. UCF has the biggest undergrad enrollment in the country. And is in a lot better location than Boise or Fort Worth. Why wouldn’t they be able to maintain it with the right coach?
