I still like banks. I like his scheme. But the back end of it is screwed up. That's solely on position coach. These guys look confused and about as poorly coached as one can be.

He's aggressive by nature. I don't think he likes playing zone. Also think banks not being in there is a big deal.
He was clearly a “program is in a bad state so you have to take anybody” hire. Fix it this off-season.

No Banks was a big deal. As bad as the secondary was, they gashed us on a number of key runs to keep drives alive/set up scores and got to the outside a few times when I don’t think they would have if Banks played.
