    That’s exceedingly stupid. So much so that it sounds like bullshit, KMF.

    If that cat voluntarily and honorably separated between his 16th and 19th year, it’ll be the first instance of such that I’ve ever even heard of.

    Especially considering that your last 4 years are likely completely on cruise control.

    Something ain’t right about that KMF, IMO.

    I agree. The only reason I knew he was in that long, is he had a certificate on his wall. This is Miami-Dade, so it wouldn't surprise me if it was forged.

    BTW, he was hired by a city manager that changed the old job description. It was a distribution engineer, they changed it to customer liaison, because this guy knew absolutely nothing about power distribution.

    It’s happened and isn’t all that rare. I’ve seen it a few times (14-15 year mark but just as stupid).
