The lack of will for an adult woman trained in care to help dying children.

No the lack of shame about not acting. I wouldn't be parading myself in front of cameras if i was hiding under a desk. particuraly, as voldad said, if i was a medical professional sworn to helping people. I'm not saying it's impossible I would hide under the desk, just that I wouldn't be talking to the media about it.

Kind of strange. To wait 4 hours and not feel any shame

Faced with death and you should feel shame?

survivors guilt isn't exactly unusual. You'd think even moreso when you are an adult and the majority of deaths are 6 year old children and you potentially could have helped.

    It is normal

You honestly believe this woman will not have a break down at some point?

    No possibility of shock?

Something that I thought of on Norris' idea earlier.

There is no reason that with cellular technology that you cannot come up with some type of gun safe that can be placed in whatever classroom is needed if the administration does not feel safe in being the person with the gun and a teacher does that transmits a signal to the police if opened. To that point, I'm fine with no one knowing who actually has the safe, similar to air marshals. Keep it hidden but accessible with everything else that Norris said earlier.

who said there was no possibility of that later? It's been 24 hours and she still thinks it's a good idea to go on national tv and play the victim.

Good question. During fight or flight situations my first instinct has been to fight.
