basically silicon valley and san francisco are in great shape and the rest of northern california not so much. most of the tax base is in southern california. orange country in particular.
I realize it is relatively small, but how about wine country (Sonoma+Napa)? I would think that part of CA would be in position to perform well.
Makes sense. Was thinking they have to pull in a ton from tourism. A lot of wealth there also, but I understand that doesn't compensate for lack of population.
