Pearl would be a home run hire so I don't see a problem there.

From my novice perspective, I still have a gut feeling that we're stuck with this guy for another year of suckcess.
When we get to interview someone, we should ask "how do you feel about playing into the opposing coach's hand and losing the close ones?"
