Where's the victim in this. Giving players/families some money? While schools, coaches, ADs rake in obscene income? The NCAA is the enforcement arm of a corrupt system. It needs to be blown up and rebuilt. The fiction of the "amateur" student athlete is dead.

The corruption isn't sliding some petty cash to players and family's, no the corruption is NOT allowing any of the billions of dollars circulating around as a result of those players work to be shared with them.
