Ribeyes down here are regularly ove 20 coconuts a pound. I'll go to BJs and buy a whole ribeye roast and cut it up the thickness I like.
That’s no kind of life to live and the health stuff is pretty shady too. Red meat is bad with high sugar/carbohydrate diets. But nothing is really healthy with that lifestyle.
