Don't need one. I'm just having a heated conversation, something to which this board is perfectly accustomed. The other participants are also perfectly capable of handling themselves without the need for Jay's Mickey Mouse sideline crap.

 

I don't think he makes reads.

It looks very much to me like he has a one receiver route with 3 decoys. If it isn't there, run like hell or throw it away. Strange use for a rocket scientist qb, but that's what it looks like to me.

 

There was one play last week where I "think" he looked at two receivers. Not certain, but it had the appearance he was making a read.

 

This is becoming a more common thing, dumbing down offenses as much as possible.

I don't think there is any doubt that DeBord calls the receiver. Too often he looks at one receiver while reading one defender and if that isn't there, tucks and runs. If the ends keep contain, he has nothing, so takes a sack or throws it away.

As I said earlier, Dobbs wasn't the reason we lost. I stand by that statement.

No. If they won't run dobbs a lot, he's awful.

 

If 300 yds passing is awful, pencil me in.

 

Because he ran it a bunch, forcing safeties to deal with him. Lbs too. Left him wide open receivers. Still made a bunch of terrible throws, but wide open guys can get to more ball.
