Saw Dark Pheonix last night. It's not as terrible as it's being made out to be. It's not a great movie, but it's okay. It's better than the last one.

 

You Story 4 is really sad. That's all.

Taking the boy to see Spiderman tonight.

Watched Wolf of Wall Street for the first time over the weekend. What a movie. What a life.

 

Spiderman is pretty good.

Wolf of Wall Street is great. What's funny is listening to a bunch of 55 year old construction workers talking about how quaaludes were awesome after they watched it

 

Asked the wife if I could start taking cocaine to help give me the push I needed to get over the hump. She wasn't overly thrilled with my idea, even when I promised her no hookers.

She was totally fine with a Ferrari, but a little cocaine to help me get there? Noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo.

OK. I am a sucker for this. And the use of CGI is going to make the plane scenes that much better. I mean, the idea that someone is a Captain and still out flying fighter jets after 30+ years is ludicrous, but the first movie wasn't known for its accurate portrayal of Navy Aviation, either.

 

Ok, I'll say I'm excited about this. Please don't hold it against me

 

Tom Cruise and Ed Harris. Low flying F-18s. Impossible premise.

As the kids would say, inject this directly into my veins.

 

You forgot to mention Jennifer Connelly. She alone is worth the price of admission.
