I'm starting to see it's important, or really effective, to have a peer recruit guys to play with him, especially an alpha type. I don't know how good he is, but this Wilcoxson kid is worth his weight in gold right now. He seems to be a big ringleader in all of this, in addition to the groundwork by the coaches.

Also, this demonstrates how important it is to have multiple recruiters on staff. A guy like Rocker is alright, but the John Chavis I-don't-recruit type aren't the kind of coaches you want on a staff.
