If it was the other drivers fault and he has insurance, they pretty much have to provide you with a vehicle.

My insurance will provide $25 per day for a rental which is essentially nothing with what rental cars cost now. My agent agreed that it would likely be covered in full by the other insurance company as the other driver was at fault, but that will likely take longer than two days to get sorted out.

The ignorant [unt cay] that caused the wreck turned across two lanes of traffic, in front of myself and another car, but told the officer she went because she didn't see anyone coming. Interesting tidbit is that I T-boned her hard enough to spin her car 180, but my airbags didn't deploy.
