His instant turnaround with on the field results definitely reminds me of what Spurrier immediately did when he took over a fledgling Florida program. Having the next Spurrier minus being a [penis] would be cool.

So is there any chance Bryce Young doesn't play next week?

Shovel pass was great, the other 4th down to Squirrel was a beauty if Hendon hits him in stride.

both country boys. Heisman candidates. And offensive geniuses who will find a mismatch and pick it to death until you do something then will pick the other matchup you just took help away from.

It's an injury to his throwing shoulder...is it going to heal in a week?

I forgot it was his throwing arm. Looked like a rotator cuff when it happened, have they said exactly what it was?

I bet he at the very least gives it a go...but the fact he isn't playing tonight shows he's legitimately injured. Heisman trophy winning competitors like Young don't sit out games unless something is truly wrong.

Squirrel takes that to the house if it’s in stride

Were we in the running for real with Jahmir Gibbs? He is really solid. Very Kamara like

There’s a long history of coaches in their second year who vastly outperform expectations. They all normally have a decent 6 or 7 win first season, then, out of nowhere, everything comes together in year two.

Out of high school, yes. But Pruitt wanted him as a defensive back. I don’t think we we’re under serious consideration this off season when he entered the portal.

He was Bama bound when he was filling out the transfer paperwork

Heupel was the qb for Bob Stoops' first two years at Oklahoma

Bob went 7-5 and then undefeated with Heupel

He is by far the scariest aspect about this Bama team outside of a healthy Bryce Young.

Love seeing the Bammer kicker miss two kicks in a row like that. Let that linger in your head kid.

They let him dress out tonight. I can’t imagine him not trying to give it a go.
