Yeah I agree with the gravity aspect and it did grow up by the end. I don’t mean to say it was a bad show overall, it just dragged for me. Like it felt like I’d watch 15 minutes of filler for 5 minutes of substance. Like I said, I binged it over like a month and a half solely for the show so I may have just overdone it in the first place.
Yeah, it definitely benefits from watching it at a slower pace, two or so episodes a day. Any more than that the stories can bleed together (reused plots) or you run into too many of the infantile shows (like most of the shows involving C-3PO).
I hope everyone is watching the Bad Batch. It has been fantastic. Crosshair's story arc through the 2.5 seasons has been incredible.
Those kids in that spartan prison room being experimented on is perhaps the sickest, darkest shit done in Star Wars. And the fact the WE know they will never ever be allowed to go home is sad. Now, will they be set free by the Bad Batch and set on the Path, that is what will be interesting to see. I definitely don't see the Batch making it out of this alive, though.
Been off work with the crud a couple of days so I binged Andor. I watched it as it came out too but it’s better in a couple of chunks. It’s so good
Great finale. Great! Ramparts death was so satisfying, and I did not expect all of the Batch to make it out alive. And the set up for a BBY 5 or so series with Omega looks awesome.
