2015 Football Commits (on-going) Tracker

Bunch of '16 names popping up.

 

The 16 names are more impressive. Over 25 four stars are comin in.

 

Add in the other games that are this weekend and it's unreal how good of a job they did gettin guys on campus.

 

FSU just picked up another rb commit. That's good news for Tennessee, they're going after Johnny Frasier, another rb committed to FSU

 

Also Bryce Love is down to UT and Stanford.

 

Love is faaaaaaaaaaaast.

 

He visited for the Bama game right? Any news on how it went?

The only thing I've seen so far is the VQ guys are pretty much saying he is going to sign with someone other than FSU. NCstate looks to be in it mainly because they are closest to him but they feel we are right in the thick of things with him.

 

Good. I'm still curious if they have a chance with Van Jefferson. Doug Matthews seems to think UT is still in it for him.

 

I wonder if they let Reid go once they get Love and/or Frasier. They're also looking at Vaughn out of Pearl Cohn so they shouldn't have any problem getting a good one.

 

Reid seems like a stud. I would like to keep him. You'd think Jac Bruce or some of these lower rated DL and DBs would be first to go.

Has there been any more official word on the total number of commits?

We have 26 right now. Long snapper and kicker getting scholarships?

 

I am betting we don't give a scholarship to the long snapper yet so he doesn't count towards a class limit and just give him one a couple years down the line as it becomes available.

 

Woods is no longer a Tennessee commit. The long snapper isn't getting a scholarship. I'm betting the CB from Texas and the safety from South Carolina get told no. The Maryville kid may end up at LSU. Ford, the DE from Florida, probably won't end up here either. Perry may end up a professional baseball player too.

Hall, an OL recruit, tore his Achilles. He may end up a greyshirt

The number is 27, I think, that they can sign.

 

What position is Perry supposed to play?

 

He's an athlete, probably tailback

 

Seems like he ought to be on the chopping block, too.
