Back to the signing class, he's got one 5 star, four 4 stars and twenty two 3 stars.

That's sad

 

They are in full swing on VN with star gazers don't know what they are talking about. It boggles my mind they can't connect the dots. Full orange Kool-Aid mode.

 

This year's class finished the same this year on Rivals as last year but it isn't on the same level.

Half the class is 5.6 3 Stars or below.

 

Its going to set up the next guy with an empty cupboard.

2015 - 3.69
2016 - 3.5
2017 - 3.29

That's a pretty massive drop off.

Michigan State and TCU have managed to win a lot recruiting at an average clip, but Dantonio and Patterson are two great coaches.

 

5.6 will add quality depth tho. Thats what your missing. When we have 18 players out for the Bama game, those guys will fit in nicely.

 

These last 2 classes will be the start of the total rebuild the next guy endures. And most likely cutting down our HC pool to Jones 2.0.

1. Preach patience for 1-2 years beyond obviously driving program into ground.
2. Finally fire dipshit coach.
3. Claim no interest from big-time coach ($$$), due to lack of talent
4. Use this as an excuse to hire next never-was schlep
5. Waste 5 years.
6. Repeat.

 

Also we have to wait until the program craters, because if we fired him before that, no coach would ever want to come work for a school that expects him to do better than 7-6.
